One of Wellness’s goals is to provide a receptive environment and support for positive health and well-being. A worksite wellness day gives our members the information and motivation they need to modify their lifestyles. Wellness My-Wellness is a programme that brings together on-line technology and up-to-date medical knowledge packaged as a uniquely personalised healthcare experience.

Using a combination of e-mail and website modules, Wellness My-Wellness will allow you to enjoy a range of health and wellness features.

Stress in the Workplace

In South Africa, not nearly enough research has been carried out on the effects of stress in the workplace, nor at ascertaining stress levels of employees or executives. Most available research comes from the Great Britain or the United States, whereby health agencies in these countries have carried out several long term studies into the effects workplace stress.
